Gary has been developing software since the age of 12, professionally since 17. Over those 25 years, he has built software at Babcock, McLaren Formula 1, BNP Paribas, PureGym, Sky and NowTV. He has also had many attempts at launching his own apps but finally found a foothold after meeting Luke and developing his idea of electronic SCR's.

Outside of work, Gary keeps fit lifting weights and going out and about with his wife and 2 young boys.

Ben has been a professional developer for almost 15 years and worked alongside Gary for several of those. He has worked for some local companies and some big names like Pure Gym and Sky. He enjoys building software that will have an impact on improving peoples lives, especially working to improve safeguarding for children, which is high on his list of important things to be working on.

Ben is a huge dog lover who enjoys walking and being out enjoying nature, as well as reading and dabbling in an occasional video game.

Lisa has always worked in customer-facing roles, from working behind bars to being an account manager for a large financial company, to running her own beauty therapy business.  She loves meeting new people and helping them in whatever way she can, especially at Sign In Central Record where she can really make a difference to schools, which in turn ensures that children are being kept safe. 

In her spare time, Lisa loves to paint and cook. She also loves going for walks with her husband and dog, socialising with family and friends, playing video games and getting stuck into a good true crime book or tv series! 

Alicia spent 8 years as an HR/Payroll team leader for the NHS before joining SCR Tracker. She loves helping people and has a wealth of experience resolving both client and employee queries. Alicia always loves a challenge and being able to make a difference in a role. At Sign In Central Record she particularly enjoys helping schools gain confidence for an inspection and making their lives easier by alleviating any worries or concerns they may have.

Alicia is a working mum and has been teaching her son to cook since he was 6. She loves packing a bag and taking long walks exploring different areas of nature. She loves a nice cup of tea and reading a good book, particularly romance or regency drama.

Andy has over 20 years of experience, specialising in sales and customer-focused roles for a variety of organisations originating from the financial sector.

Outside of work, he loves most sports, but his real passion lies with rugby and he is an avid Harlequins fan. Andy loves to travel and has an eclectic taste in music and films, ranging from 80/90's Hip Hop to 60's soul and you can often find him watching Pixar movies or anything starring Robert De Niro!

Rachael has over 18 years of experience, paired with an extensive training record within the safeguarding field. Rachael has worked in a variety of sectors, including Child Protection in the Social Care sector, Charity organisations, Schools, Apprenticeships and Employability, The NHS, Mental Health Inpatient and Community Services, The Police, Substance Misuse, and Youth Offending Teams. Her true passion in life is for promoting well-being and mental health and helping to keep children and adults safe so they can thrive in life.

Rachael enjoys keeping fit and danced for 23 years. She loves to laugh and make other people laugh and is known to knock up some creative dishes in the kitchen. She is obsessed with films and house music and in her spare time, she loves to paint and draw.

After studying Public Relations and Communications, Ash moved from South Africa to the UK in 2019. She has worked in customer-based roles for the past 6 years. Ash enjoys solving problems and making a difference in people’s lives. Because of this, Ash is excited to assist schools the best she can by answering any questions they have and training them on the system.

Ash has been a dancer/gymnast for 20 years and does this to keep fit and healthy. She also enjoys being outdoors, in the forest and among wildlife, volunteering at animal rescue centres or being by/in the ocean. She loves painting, is obsessed with dogs and enjoys reading a good crime book on a rainy day!

Poppy is our resident office dog. She is a 2 year old Spaniel x Collie and is a ball of energy and love. Her nickname is Tornado!

She loves coming to work every day and seeing all of her friends. When she isn’t trying to reply to emails, she can be found snoozing under her Mum’s desk or snacking on her peppers and blueberries.

Pop’s favourite thing about work is lunchtime, not just because of her food but this is when she gets the most attention from everyone! She loves hanging out with everyone on the sofas, or better yet, the garden! In her spare time, Poppy loves going for long walks with her Mum and Dad, trying new food (she is yet to find anything she doesn’t love), cuddles, exploring new places, smelling new smells and most of all…her ball!
