Who we are

SCR Trackers directors are Gary Le Sueur, Luke O'Dwyer and Ben Gale.

How we began

Our Co-Founder, Luke, worked as a School Business Manager for 7 years. Here Luke saw first-hand the challenges of Single Central Records and inspections. Luke realised there was a serious gap in the market, which is what lead to the creation of SCR Tracker alongside Gary and Ben.

What makes us different

At SCR Tracker making sure schools are compliant, adhere to safeguarding guidelines and are able to keep their pupils safe is our top priority! We genuinely care about best practices, helping schools to reduce human error, saving them time and valuable resources. We want to make things as simple as they can possibly be and that is why our SCR software is one of the best systems available on the market today.

  • Gary Le Sueur


    Gary has been developing software since the age of 12, professionally since 17. Over those 25 years, he has built software at Babcock, McLaren Formula 1, BNP Paribas, PureGym, Sky and NowTV. He has also had many attempts at launching his own apps but finally found a foothold after meeting Luke and developing his idea of electronic SCR's.

    Outside of work, Gary keeps fit lifting weights and going out and about with his wife and 2 young boys.

    • Luke O'Dwyer


      Luke worked in a North London school for seven years, working his way up from an administrative assistant covering maternity leave, to the Office Manager. Luke was the youngest person to complete the Certificate in School Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University. Since he was 3 years old Luke has been involved with education, whether that was as a pupil or working in/with schools.

      Luke likes to keep fit and has completed the London Marathon. He also loves food, whether cooking at home or eating out at restaurants throughout London.

      • Ben Gale


        Ben has been a professional developer for almost 15 years and worked alongside Gary for several of those. He has worked for some local companies and some big names like Pure Gym and Sky. He enjoys building software that will have an impact on improving peoples lives, especially working to improve safeguarding for children, which is high on his list of important things to be working on.

        Ben is a huge dog lover who enjoys walking and being out enjoying nature, as well as reading and dabbling in an occasional video game.

        • Shauna Miller

          VP of Marketing

          Shauna has over 20 years marketing experience, spanning multiple sectors, such as agencies, retail, gaming and fintech. Shauna has expertise in all marketing disciplines but her specialist areas include brand strategy, lead generation, communications and event management, working for companies such as the Swatch Group, GAME/Multiplay and NetPay to name a few.

          Shauna loves to travel, and visit new places. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that's eating out or cooking at home. She also has a passion for property and interior design.

          • Rachael Bishop

            Safeguarding Officer

            Rachael has over 18 years of experience, paired with an extensive training record within the safeguarding field. Rachael has worked in a variety of sectors, including Child Protection in the Social Care sector, Charity organisations, Schools, Apprenticeships and Employability, The NHS, Mental Health Inpatient and Community Services, The Police, Substance Misuse, and Youth Offending Teams. Her true passion in life is for promoting well-being and mental health and helping to keep children and adults safe so they can thrive in life.

            Rachael enjoys keeping fit and danced for 23 years. She loves to laugh and make other people laugh and is known to knock up some creative dishes in the kitchen. She is obsessed with films and house music and in her spare time, she loves to paint and draw.

            • Tom Coldwell

              Digital Marketing Specialist

              Tom graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in computer programming but has since pursued a career in marketing. Now with 5 years of digital marketing expertise under his belt, he has joined the business combining his technical knowledge and experience in the marketing sector to help broaden SCR Tracker's reach to even more schools across the country.

              Tom enjoys boxing both in and out of the ring, he also loves travelling the world and playing video games with friends.

              • Lisa Gale

                Head of Customer Success

                Lisa has always worked in customer-facing roles, from working behind bars to being an account manager for a large financial company, to running her own beauty therapy business.  She loves meeting new people and helping them in whatever way she can, especially at SCR Tracker where she can really make a difference to school staff, which in turn ensures that children are being kept safe. 

                In her spare time, Lisa loves to paint and cook. She also loves going for walks with her husband and dog, socialising with family and friends, playing video games and getting stuck into a good true crime book or tv series! 

                • Alicia Roberton

                  Customer Success Manager

                  Alicia spent 8 years as an HR/Payroll team leader for the NHS before joining SCR Tracker. She loves helping people and has a wealth of experience resolving both client and employee queries. Alicia always loves a challenge and being able to make a difference in a role. At SCR Tracker she particularly enjoys helping schools gain confidence for an inspection and making their lives easier by alleviating any worries or concerns they may have.

                  Alicia is a working mum and has been teaching her son to cook since he was 6. She loves packing a bag and taking long walks exploring different areas of nature. She loves a nice cup of tea and reading a good book, particularly romance or regency drama.

                  • Bob Goodwin

                    Customer Success Executive

                    Bob has worked in customer service and customer-facing roles for over 40 years in the Hospitality, Insurance and Financial Services industries as well as first line support. He actively enjoys helping people and has a huge range of experience resolving queries for customers across various products. Bob is very much looking forward to providing support to Schools with their compliance through the use of SCR Tracker.

                    Bob went to catering college and is a qualified Chef and Front of House Manager, however, he still enjoys cooking but only as a hobby these days! He is married with a 19 yr old son and in his spare time, he loves to fish, enjoy wildlife, films, music and video games.

                    • Danielle Jones

                      Executive Assistant

                      Danielle has had a wide range of roles, from 15 years of experience at JPMorgan in the Investment banking sector to recently working in the Caribbean on yachts as a stewardess. Joining SCR Tracker as an Executive Assistant means it's a perfect blend of her skillset and she can use her office knowledge as being a highly organised individual, and creating a social and friendly environment.

                      In Danielle’s spare time she loves the outdoors, taking long walks, bike riding and going out on the boat. She also enjoys cooking for friends and family and watching movies.


                      Key milestones achieved to date

                      1. SCR Tracker Founded

                        SCR Tracker was established on the 18th September 2018.

                      2. Wins Cognita

                        We were delighted to sign Cognita who has 85 private schools throughout Europe, educating 50,000+ children.

                      3. Award Winners

                        Winners of the 'Highly Commended Award' in Leadership & Management Solutions at the BETT Awards.

                      4. Version 2 Launch

                        V2 of our software was launched in April 2021, with additional functions such as customising templates and reports.
